TARNUE MASSAQUOI (Mo)
Tarnue was born in Brooklyn, New York and raised in Liberia from the age of four. He came to the United States during the Civil War in Liberia to further his education. As he was completing his term as an Engineer at Michigan State University, he fell in love with Acting while performing a monologue from Pulp Fiction. Since then, Tarnue’s love for Acting has been a wonderful journey and a blessing. Tarnue has been fortunate to work with talented and extraordinary people, such as Lisa Wolpe (Henry VI, Sedona Conservatory Institute) Ellen Geer and Heidi Davis (Under Milk Wood), James Avery (Othello) Harry Lenix(Workshop – Macbeth) and Ben Guillory (Robey Theatre). Tarnue feels humble and bless to be part of such wonderful ensemble family at Robey Theatre and dedicates every performance to his late beloved mother, Sarah Massaquoi.
